I am a passionate, energetic, and purpose-driven professional who loves helping people navigate their professional journey, career decisions, and business opportunities without the pressure of having everything perfectly figured out first. My work centers on helping YOU gain clarity, confidence, and direction in areas such as career exploration, workplace communication, interview preparation, leadership development, conflict navigation, networking, and strategic opportunity-building. This work is very motivating considering many seasons of challenges of finding my calling and purpose while several obstacles along the way.
I earned my B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from George Mason University, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding how people communicate, build relationships, and function within organizations. I later earned my M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University’s Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution, where I deepened my ability to navigate complex conflict systems, facilitate dialogue, develop strategic negotiations techniques, conduct program monitoring and evaluation, and support people and groups in moving toward meaningful resolution and collaboration. Together, these experiences shaped how I think about people, purpose, and the power of healthy communication in every space.
While at George Mason University, I also developed extensive experience in recruitment, partnership development, and strategic networking. I worked in roles focused on helping build meaningful pipelines and connections between students, programs, and opportunities, supporting everything from outreach and engagement strategies to creating pathways that helped people find the right academic and professional direction. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals exploring their next steps, including transfer students, current college students, working professionals, non- active professionals, career switchers, educators, and individuals simply trying to figure out what’s next.
A core part of my work has been developing strategic, robust partnerships and helping people connect in the right direction, whether that means aligning students with academic programs, connecting professionals with opportunities, or helping organizations identify collaborative pathways that create mutual value. I enjoy being a bridge-builder, someone who helps people not only find opportunities, but also understand where they are called to grow and thrive.
At the center of everything I do is my faith in Jesus Christ. I believe my work is ultimately an act of stewardship, service, and obedience to God, and my goal is to glorify Him in every interaction, consultation, and opportunity. I strive to lead with encouragement, wisdom, excellence, and compassion while reminding people that purpose is not something we manufacture alone - it is something we discover and walk into with guidance, community, and faith.
At the heart of it all, I believe life is too meaningful to live without purpose, too dynamic to stay stuck, and too important to walk alone. I’m committed to walking alongside people as they grow, make decisions, build careers, and step confidently into what’s next—all for a purpose greater than ourselves.
